Sipra by ChantSolutions LLC
Something broken, confusing, or missing? One person reads these — me.
Expect a reply within two business days. If a bug is blocking you, say so in the subject line and I will look at it first.
To save a round trip, include your device and OS version (an iPhone 14 on iOS 18, say), the app version from the Settings screen, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened instead of what you expected.
In the app: Account → Delete account. That removes your sign‑in record, and the progress and recordings held on your device.
If you have already uninstalled Sipra, or you cannot sign in, use the account deletion page instead. You do not need to reinstall the app to get your data deleted.
Yes. Open the take in your vault and delete it. You can also clear every recording at once from the Account screen while keeping your account and progress.
On your phone, and only on your phone — with sensitive values in the device’s encrypted store, the Keychain on iOS or the Keystore on Android. They are never uploaded and never analysed on a server. Your practice history and progress are on the device too. That also means none of it is backed up by me: uninstall the app and it goes with it.
No. The microphone is used only while you are actively recording a take. There is no background listening.
One word. When Sipra needs a fresh drill it asks its own server for one, and that server asks Anthropic’s Claude to write it. All Anthropic receives is the kind of drill wanted — “story,” “strategy” or “decision.” Never your audio, never your answers, never your name or email address. Your app’s request to our own server also carries your sign‑in token, so that strangers cannot use the endpoint; it is checked there and never passed on. The instructions Claude works from are fixed and stored on the server, so nothing of yours is added to them, and nothing is kept afterwards. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Sipra does not have one. Sign‑in goes through your Google or Apple account, so there is no Sipra password to lose. If you cannot get into that account, the reset is done with Google or Apple.
Your recordings and practice history are already on your phone — they are not held anywhere else. The only thing stored off your device is your account identity: your name and email address. Ask at the address above and I will confirm exactly what that is.
It is free while it is in testing. If that changes, current users will be told before it does, not after.
Send it to the same address. Sipra is early enough that what people say still changes what gets built.
If you have found a security problem, or a drill produced something harmful or inappropriate, write to support@getsipra.app with “urgent” in the subject line. Please do not post a security issue publicly before I have had a chance to fix it.
