For the Sipra app, published by ChantSolutions LLC
You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to use this page.
Open Sipra and go to Account → Delete account. It happens immediately, and you do not need to ask anyone.
Send one email and I will do it for you.
Send it from the address you signed in with, so I can confirm the account is yours, and put “Delete my Sipra account” in the subject line. That is the whole process — no form to fill in, and no reason you have to give.
If you can only write from a different address, say so and I will verify another way rather than refusing.
Usually just by matching the address you wrote from.
Within 7 days of your request, and normally within two business days.
You get a confirmation rather than silence.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account — name, email address, account identifier | Deleted from Firebase Authentication. This is the only thing I hold, and the only thing I can delete for you. |
| Your voice recordings | On your phone only — never on any server. Deleting your account in the app removes them; uninstalling the app removes them. There is no copy anywhere for me to delete. |
| Your practice activity, streak and progress | On your phone only, exactly as above. |
| Sign‑in logs — timestamps and the IP address at the moment of a sign‑in | Held by Google for Firebase’s ordinary short operational window, then discarded. Not tied to your practice. |
| Drill‑request logs — the IP address that asked for a practice drill | Logged by Google Cloud for a short operational window, then discarded. The request itself is one word and carries nothing about you, so there is nothing in it to tie back to your account or your practice. |
Most of your data is already only on your phone. Recordings, practice history and progress are stored on the device and nowhere else, so uninstalling Sipra removes them. The email route below deletes the one thing that is held elsewhere: your sign‑in record.
There is nothing to cancel first. Sipra has no subscription and takes no payment, so deletion has no prerequisites.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no grace period, and I cannot recover your data afterwards even if you ask — for the on‑device parts, I never could. If you only want to remove your recordings, do that in the app under Account and keep everything else.
Revoking Sipra’s access in your Google or Apple account settings stops it reading anything new — but it does not delete what is already stored. Use one of the two routes above for that.
Questions about any of this: support@getsipra.app. The privacy policy covers what is stored in the first place.
